摘 要:试验旨在使用超声波辅助纤维素酶提取泡桐花总黄酮,研究泡桐花总黄酮的抗氧化活性。采用Box-Behnken响应面试验设计优化了最佳提取工艺参数,得到拟合较良好的回归方程与构建较理想的回归模型。结果显示:泡桐花总黄酮提取最优提取工艺为:液料比46 mL/g、酶解温度62℃、酶解时间116 min、乙醇体积分数70%。在此工艺条件下,总黄酮提取率达到73.92 mg/g。泡桐花总黄酮对DPPH自由基清除率略低于维生素C,但仍达到了86.22%,具有较强的抗氧化性。研究表明,泡桐花总黄酮可作为天然绿色抗氧化添加剂。The experiment was to use ultrasonic assisted cellulase to extract total flavonoids from Paulownia flower,and study the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Paulownia flower.Box-Behnken response surface experiment was used to optimize the optimal extraction process parameters,and a better fitting regression equation was obtained and a better regression model was constructed.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:Liquid-solid ratio 46 mL/g,enzymolysis temperature 62℃,enzymolysis time 116 min,ethanol volume fraction 70%.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of total flavonoids reached 73.92 mg/g.In DPPH free radical scavenging experiment,the free radical scavenging rate of total flavonoids in Paulownia flower was slightly lower than that of VC,but still reached 86.22%,which showed strong antioxidant activity.The study indicates that total flavonoids of Paulowinia flower can be used as natural green antioxidant additives.
