摘　　要：海藻资源丰富,具有天然、无毒副作用、无残留等特点,含有多种营养成分及生物活性物质,能够改善饲料营养成分,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、黏合饲料等作用,是一种新型水产饵料原料与饵料添加剂来源。文章综述海藻粉的营养组成及生物学功能,阐述海藻粉促进水产动物生长、调节肠道微生物组成、提高水产动物免疫力、改善体色及缓解应激反应等作用效果,对水产动物饲料中藻粉的应用进行展望,以期为海藻资源的进一步在水产饲料中的应用提供参考。Seaweed is rich in resources,natural,non-toxic side effects,no residue and other characteristics,contains a variety of nutrients and bioactive substances,can improve the nutritional composition of feed,has antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant,bonding feed and other functions,is a new source of aquatic feed raw materials and feed additives.In the paper,the nutritional composition and biological functions of seaweed powder are reviewed,and the effects of seaweed powder on promoting the growth of aquatic animals,regulating intestinal microbial composition,improving immunity,improving body color and relieving stress reaction are expounded,the application of algae powder in aquatic animal feed is prospected,to provide reference for the further application of seaweed resources in aquatic feed.
