摘 要:目的评价人工智能(AI)辅助软件对自发性脑出血(ICH)的诊断价值。方法搜集首次经CT诊断为脑出血患者50例,全部CT图像均由AI软件对血肿进行自动识别及评估,同时在图像存档及通信系统(PACS)系统进行人工测量,记录出血部位、出血量、侧脑室有无积血、脑中线偏移。结果(1)在出血部位识别方面两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05,P=0.312);(2)对出血量测量两种方法差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P=0.016);(3)侧脑室积血AI及人工检出率100%;(4)中线偏移方面,两种方法差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P=0.047)。结论对于ICH AI辅助软件有助于提高影像医师的诊断准确率,提高工作流程,但只能作为辅助方法,其结果需要人工复审。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted software in intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods Data of 50 patients who underwent an initial diagnosis of intracerebral hemorrhage,between August 2021 and November 2021,were collected using computed tomography(CT).All CT images were automatically identified and evaluated by an AI software for the presence of hematoma.Simultaneously,manual measurements were taken in a picture archiving and communication system(PACS),and the following data were recorded:bleeding site,hemorrhage volume,Lateral ventricle hemorrhage,midline offset.Results(1)Regarding the identification of the bleeding site,the differences between the two methods were not statistically significant(P>0.05,P=0.312).(2)When considering the measurement of the hemorrhage volume,the differences between the two methods were statistically significant(P<0.05,P=0.016).(3)For the rupture extended into the lateral ventricles,AI and manual detection rate were 100%.(4)Regarding the identification of midline offset,the differences between the two methods were statistically significant(P<0.05,P=0.047).Conclusion AI-assisted software used to determine ICH can help improve the diagnostic accuracy of radiologists,and hence improve the workflow.However,its use is limited to auxiliary methods because the results require manual review by humans.
