摘　　要：为适应新时期实战化教学训练模式改革,《油库技术与管理》课程教学团队在原有理虚实战一体化教学基础上,探索了理虚实战一体化教学模式应用。首先制定了“两赋一闭环”的课堂实施策略,然后在理论教学、虚拟仿真、实装操作和作战演练四个教学环节中分别采用了针对性的教学方法,从而使理论教学、实践教学和实战化教学有机地融为一体,有效提升了课堂教学效果,学员学完该课程之后就能组织实施航空油料保障。In order to adapt to the reform of actual combat teaching and training mode in the new era,the teaching team of oil depot technology and management explored the application of the integrating theory-virtual-actual-combat teaching mode,which based on the original integrated teaching of theory,deficiency and practice.Firstly,the classroom implementation strategy of“two entrusts and one closed loop”is formulated.Then,targeted teaching methods are adopted in the four teaching links of theoretical teaching,virtual simulation,practical operation and combat drill,so as to organically integrate theoretical teaching,practical teaching and actual combat teaching,effectively improve the classroom teaching effect,and students can organize and implement aviation fuel support after learning the course.
