新时代高校思想政治教育评价改革探究——基于大数据驱动

摘　　要：当前,高校思想政治教育评价面临着现实困境:较片面,科学全面评价存在固有难题;重结果,即时反馈跟踪改进不足;重教师,单一主体难以多元协同等。为了科学发挥评价正向作用,实现立德树人目标,高校思想政治教育评价亟待改革。大数据的加持首先推进了教育评价的理念变革:大数据的动态性、即时性使得全程动态监测和反馈预警成为可能;全方位、全样本的数据体量可观照全体学生并延伸评价场域;其精密、细粒的数据分析助力挖掘个体潜能,促进学生个性化发展。文章旨在依托大数据思维,从建立评价标准体系、建构评价理念体系、建设评价保障体系三重路向探究新时代如何基于大数据驱动,推进高校思想政治教育评价的改革实践。Currently,the evaluation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is faced with a real dilemma:quite one-sided,exist inherent problems in the scientific and all-around development;emphasis on results,lack of real-time feedback tracking and improvement;emphasis on teachers,a single subject is difficult to multiple coordination and so on. Entering into the new era,in order to scientifically play the positive role of evaluation and achieve the goal of morality and education,the evaluation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities urgently needs to be reformed. The blessings of big data promote the concept change of education evaluation:the dynamic and immediacy of big data makes it possible to monitor the whole process and give feedback and early warning,the data volume of all-round and full samples can observe all students and extend the evaluation field,its precise and finegrained data analysis helps to tap individual potential and promote the personalized development of students. The purpose of this paper is to rely on big data thinking,and explore how to promote the reform and practice of ideological and political education evaluation in colleges and universities based on big data in the new era from the triple path of establishing an evaluation concept system,of developing an evaluation module system,and of building an evaluation guarantee system.
