摘  要:探讨诱变发酵茅苍术多糖对胃癌BGC-823细胞的抑制作用。构建BGC-823裸鼠移植胃癌肿瘤模型,将模型分组对照观察,比较不同剂量对抑制胃癌肿瘤细胞生长情况及增殖细胞核抗原与肿瘤微血管密度的表达。结果显示,诱变发酵茅苍术多糖具有抑制胃癌移植瘤增殖生长速度,下调胃癌细胞组织中PCNA表达的作用。结论:诱变发酵茅苍术多糖对抑制胃癌肿瘤细胞PCNA表达明显,对胃癌肿瘤细胞抑制增殖效果较好,可为临床应用提供研究基础。To investigate the effects of mutagenesis and fermentation polysaccharide of Atractylodes globus on Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in gastric cancer, so as to provide research basis for the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods: BGC-823 xenograft tumor model was constructed in nude mice.The effects of different doses on the growth of gastric cancer tumor cells and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen and tumor microvessel density were observed and compared.Results: Polysaccharides from mutagenic fermentation of Rhizoma Atractylodes could inhibit the growth of gastric cancer xenografts and down-regulate the expression of PCNA in gastric cancer tissues.Conclusion: Polysaccharides from mutagenic fermentation of Fructus mongolicum can significantly inhibit the expression of PCNA in gastric cancer cells and inhibit the proliferation of gastric cancer cells, which can provide a research basis for clinical application.
