摘　　要：沙门氏菌是一种具有侵袭性的传染性人兽共患病原菌。抗生素防治沙门氏菌病有一定的效果,但不能完全防止细菌感染,并且长期使用存在耐药性与药物残留等诸多问题。疫苗是降低畜禽病原感染的重要手段,但传统疫苗在免疫效力、安全性等方面存在一定问题。细菌菌蜕是一种只含有细菌内外膜完整结构的死菌体,但保留了完整细胞表面结构及成分,具有良好的免疫原性,相较于传统疫苗,菌蜕疫苗能刺激机体产生高水平的体液免疫、细胞免疫以及黏膜免疫,表现出更好的保护力。文章综述了沙门氏菌菌蜕的研究进展,总结了不同血清型沙门氏菌菌蜕作为灭活疫苗、抗原载体、药物载体和佐剂等方面的应用,为沙门氏菌病新型疫苗的开发提供科学参考。Salmonella is an aggressive infectious zoonotic pathogen.Antibiotics have a certain effect on the treatment of salmonellosis,but can not completely prevent bacterial infection,and there are many problems such as drug resistance and drug residue in long-term use.Vaccination is an important means to reduce the incidence of pathogenic bacteria in livestock and poultry,but there are still some problems in the effectiveness and safety of traditional vaccines.Bacterial ghost is a kind of dead bacteria that only contains the complete structure of the inner and outer membranes of bacteria,but retains the complete cell surface structure and components,and has good immunogenicity.Compared with traditional vaccines,bacterial ghosts vaccines can stimulate the body to produce a high level of humoral immunity,cellular immunity and mucosal immunity,showing better protection.This paper introduced the research progress of Salmonella ghosts,and summarizes the functions of Salmonella ghosts in different serotypes as inactivated vaccine,antigenic carrier,drug carrier and adjuvant,so as to provide scientific reference for the development of new Salmonella vaccines.
