摘 要:在考虑有效冲击量级的前提下,提出了一种综合考虑退化过程的非线性与退化-冲击相依关系的竞争失效系统可靠性评估模型。首先,该模型采用非线性Wiener过程描述系统的性能退化过程;其次,根据冲击对系统造成的影响,将随机冲击分为无效冲击、有效冲击和致命性冲击,通过修正退化模型来描述冲击对退化的影响,即无效冲击不会对系统造成损伤,有效冲击会对退化过程造成突变退化量以及退化率增大的影响,对于致命性冲击,使用非齐次泊松过程描述其导致的突发失效过程;最后,将突发失效模型与退化过程模型结合,构建了有效冲击量级下的竞争失效系统可靠性模型。A reliability evaluation model for competing failure systems is proposed taking into account the nonlinearity of the degradation process and the degeneration-shock dependency, under the premise of consideration for the effective shock magnitude. Firstly, the nonlinear Wiener process is used to describe the performance degradation process of the system. Then, according to the impact of shocks on the system, random shocks are divided into invalid shocks, effective shocks and fatal shocks. Invalid shock will not cause damage to the system. The effective impact on the degradation process will cause the change of degradation amount and the increase of degradation rate. The modified degradation model is used to describe the impact on degradation. For fatal shocks, the non-homogeneous Poisson process is used to describe the sudden failure process. Finally, combining the sudden failure model with the degradation process model, the reliability model of the competing failure system under the effective impact magnitude is constructed.
