校企协同推进开放教育高质量发展路径研究

摘　　要：基于国家高等教育体系的转型发展、社会群体技能提升以及开放教育的服务价值创造,校企协同成为了开放教育高质量发展的重要路径依赖。当前,开放大学在发展中存在身份待固、制度式微、行为困境,亟需校企协同共建开放大学特色专业群,共享开放教育优质资源,共建开放教育发展平台,共育开放教育特色文化。Based on the transformation and development of the national higher education system, the improvement of social groups’ skills and the service value creation of open education, school-enterprise collaboration has become an important path for the high-quality development of open education. At present, in the development of open university,there are problems of unfixed identity, weak system and behavior dilemma. It is urgent for universities and enterprises to jointly build specialty groups with characteristics of open universities, share high-quality resources of open education,build platforms for the development of open education, and cultivate characteristic culture of open education.
