摘 要:为了了解拉萨裂腹鱼的生化遗传特性,丰富拉萨裂腹鱼种质资源研究的内容。借助聚丙烯胺凝胶对拉萨裂腹鱼5种组织(心脏、眼睛晶状体、肌肉、肝脏和血清)中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、5种组织(心脏、眼睛晶状体、肌肉、肝脏和肾脏)苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)以及肝脏醇脱氢酶(ADH)进行了电泳分析。研究结果表明:所测样本鱼心脏、眼睛晶状体、肌肉、肝脏和血清中的LDH酶带数分别为:6~10条,8~10条,4~7条,0~7条和1~7条,LDH-C基因只在肝脏中表达;心脏、眼睛晶状体、肌肉、肝脏和肾脏中MDH酶带数分别为6~7条,2~6条,5~7条,5条和3~5条;肝脏ADH酶带数为3条。拉萨裂腹鱼的LDH和MDH同工酶系统具有组织特异性和个体差异性。组织特异性主要体现在酶带数目和表达活性程度不同两方面,与各组织执行生理功能密切相关。拉萨裂腹鱼同工酶个体差异性可能是其漫长的进化过程中为了能适应特殊生境的需要。This paper was to learn about the biochemical heredity characteristics and to enrich the research data about the germplasm resources of Schizothorax waltoni.Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in five kinds of tissues(heart,crystalline lens,muscle,liver and serum),malate dehydrogenase(MDH)in five kinds of tissues(heart,crystalline lens,muscle,liver and kidney)and alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH)isozymes in liver of Schizothorax waltoni were preliminarily studied by using the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that:the band numbers of LDH in heart,crystalline lens,muscle,liver and serum were 6-10,8-10,4-7,0-7 and 1-7,respectively.The band numbers of MDH isozymes in heart,crystalline lens,muscle,liver and kidney were 6-7,2-6,5-7,5 and 3-5,respectively.There was 3 ADH bands in the livers.LDH-C gene only expressed in liver.LDH and MDH showed tissue specificity and individual variations.The tissue specificity mainly reflected in band numbers and degree of isozyme activity.There were correlations between tissue specificity and its physiological functions.In order to adapt the unique habitant,the isozymes of Schizothorax waltoni showed individual variations.
