摘　　要：该文通过分析国内外男性护士职业性别刻板印象与职业认同感相关文献资料,以了解其内在联系、国内外现状及相关的干预措施,为稳定男性护士队伍、构建完善的护士制度提供参考。This paper analysed the literature about male nurses′ professional gender stereotypes and professional identity at home and abroad, in order to understand their intrinsic links, the current situation at home and abroad as well as the relevant interventions, and provide reference for stabilizing the male nursing workforce and building a perfect nursing system.
