摘　　要：目的探究改良经脐单孔腹腔镜手术用于全子宫切除中的临床价值。方法选取61例行全子宫切除术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,采用常规腹腔镜手术治疗)与试验组(31例,采用改良经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗)。比较两组患者手术相关指标、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果试验组手术时间、排气时间均短于对照组,术中出血量、术后24 h引流量均少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),两组在术后疼痛评分、住院时间以及住院费用比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率36.67%明显低于对照组的12.90%,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论改良经脐单孔腹腔镜手术应用于全子宫切除患者中,能够缩短手术时间,改善各项手术指标,对患者尽早康复具有积极作用,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of modified transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery for total hysterectomy.Methods 61 patients undergoing total hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group(30 patients receiving conventional laparoscopic surgery)and experimental group(31 patients receiving modified transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery)according to random number table method.Operation related indexes,complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and exhaust time of experimental group were shorter than control group,intraoperative blood loss and 24 h postoperative drainage volume were less than control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05),the postoperative pain score,length of stay and hospitalization cost between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was 36.67%lower than that in control group 12.90%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery in patients with total hysterectomy can shorten the operation time,improve various surgical indicators,and have a positive effect on the early recovery of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
