摘　　要：体育教育和思政教育都是高校教育的重要组成部分,体育思政理念的提出是新时代高校教育必然的需求。高校体育教学中传授学生体育技能、体育知识,发展学生体质健康的同时,要积极展开对学生的思政素质培养,在高校体育教育中不断挖掘思政教育内容是提高学生思想政治素质、创新高校思政教育手段和载体、完善高校素质教育的重要途径。该文通过分析高校体育课程融入思政教育的必要性,提出在体育课程中融入思政教育切实可行的方法,为高校体育教育改革提供新思路。Physical education and ideological and political education are both important components of college education, and the proposal of the PE ideological and political concept is an inevitable demand for college education in the new era. In physical education teaching in colleges and universities, while teaching students sports skills and sports knowledge and developing students’ physical health, it is necessary to actively develop ideological and political education for students. In physical education in colleges and universities, constantly excavating the content of ideological and political education is an important way to improve students’ ideological and political quality, innovate the means and carriers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and improve quality education in colleges and universities. By analyzing the necessity of integrating ideological and political education into college physical education curriculum, this paper puts forward practical and feasible methods of integrating ideological and political education into college physical education curriculum, and provides new ideas for college physical education reform.
