摘  要:利用傅里叶变换红外光谱对广西野生和栽培的凌云白毫茶鲜叶样品在400~4 000 cm^(-1)范围内进行分析,得到了相应的红外光谱特征吸收峰。结果表明,野生和栽培的凌云白毫茶鲜叶在3 373 cm^(-1)、2 918 cm^(-1)以及指纹区处吸收峰的峰位置或形状或吸收峰大小方面出现差异,故可以通过傅里叶红外光谱实现野生和栽培的凌云白毫茶鲜叶的鉴别。通过主成分分析法(PCA)以及聚类分析法对鲜叶样品进行分析,可将不同地域的鲜叶进行分类,从而快速准确地应用于古茶树鲜叶的鉴别。Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was applied to analyze the wild and cultivated Lingyun Baihao raw tea in Guangxi, and the corresponding infrared spectral characteristic absorption peaks were obtained. The sample was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy in the range of 400~4 000 cm^(-1). The results show that the wild and cultivated Lingyun Baihao tea had large difference at absorption peaks at 3 373 cm^(-1), 2 918 cm^(-1)and fingerprint area. There were also significant differences in peak size, so Fourier infrared spectroscopy could be used to identify wild and cultivated Lingyun Baihao raw tea. The samples were analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA) and cluster analysis, which can be used to classify the raw Baihao tea from different regions. It can also be quickly and accurately applied to the detection of fresh leaves of ancient tea trees.
