摘  要:为了分析靴形喷射耦合喷油参数对柴油机燃烧排放性能的影响,首先在超高压共轨系统双电磁阀控制机制实现喷油规律可调的基础上,基于CONVERGE软件建立了超高压共轨柴油机仿真模型,并通过试验对模型进行标定;然后,进一步分析了超高压靴形喷油规律耦合喷油提前角和油束夹角对柴油机燃烧与排放性能的影响。结果表明:保持喷油时刻不变,随着增压时刻不断滞后,喷油规律由矩形逐渐过渡为靴形,实现了喷油规律柔性可调;与高压燃油喷射相比,柴油机在超高压燃油喷射下平均指示压力和指示功率更高,油耗和Soot排放更低,综合性能更优;靴形喷油规律耦合较大的喷油提前角可以加快缸内油气混合速率,有利于缸内预混合燃烧,有效降低Soot生成量,然而喷油提前角过大会使得NO x生成量上升过多;靴形喷油规律耦合150°油束夹角时,柴油机缸内油气混合效果最佳,Soot生成量降低了53.6%,而NO x生成量仅升高了3.6%。In order to analyze the influence of saddle-shaped injection coupled fuel injection parameters on diesel engine combustion and emission performance,on the basis of the dual solenoid valve control mechanism of the ultra-high pressure common rail system to realize the adjustable fuel injection law,a simulation model of the ultra-high pressure common rail diesel engine was established based on the CONVERGE software,and the model was calibrated through experiments.On this basis,the inf-luence of the ultra-high pressure saddle-shaped fuel injection law coupled with the injection advance angle and the included angle of the oil beam on the combustion and emission performance of the diesel engine was further analyzed.The results show that:keeping the fuel injection time unchanged,with the continuous lag of the supercharging time,the fuel injection law gradually transitions from a rectangle to a saddle shape,which realizes the flexible and adjustable fuel injection law;Compared with high-pressure fuel injection,diesel engines have higher average indicated pressure and indicated power under ultra-high-pressure fuel injection,lower fuel consumption and Soot emissions,and better overall performance;the saddle-shaped fuel injection law coupled with the larger injection advance angle can speed up the mixing rate of oil and gas in the cylinder,which is beneficial to in-cylinder premixed combustion and effectively reduces the amount of Soot generated.However,if the fuel injection advance angle is too large,the amount of NO x generation will increase too much;When the saddle-shaped fuel injection law is coupled with the 150°oil beam angle,the oil and gas mixing effect in the diesel engine cylinder is the best,and the amount of Soot generation is reduced.53.6%,while NO x production increased only 3.6%.
