摘　　要：基于社会信息加工理论,探讨了领导可信赖性、员工畏惧情绪和自恋如何影响员工建言行为,使用问卷调查法收集了184份领导-员工配对样本,结果表明:员工自恋负向调节领导可信赖性与员工对权威的畏惧感之间的关系;对权威的畏惧感负向影响员工的建言行为;自恋负向调节对权威的畏惧感在领导可信赖性和员工建言行为之间的中介作用。研究不仅揭示了领导可信赖性对员工建言产生积极影响的边界条件,而且从员工畏惧情绪的视角探讨了领导可信赖性和自恋对建言行为的作用机制。Employees’trust in leaders in work places is receiving extensive attention from scholars and managers.Although some studies have found the positive relationship between leader trustworthiness and employees’voice behavior,few studies have explored the mechanism of leader trustworthiness on employees’voice behavior.Based on the theory of social information processing,how leader trustworthiness,employees’fear and narcissism affect employees’voice behavior is explored.184 paired samples of leaders-employees were collected by questionnaire.The results show that employees’narcissism negatively moderates the relationship between leader trustworthiness and employees’fear of the authority;employees’fear of the authority negatively affects employees’voice behavior;narcissism negatively moderates the mediating effect of fear of the authority between leader trustworthiness and employees’voice behavior.This study not only reveals the boundary conditions for the positive impact of leader trustworthiness on employees’voice behavior,but also discusses the mechanism of leader trustworthiness and narcissism on employees’voice behavior from the perspective of employees’fear.
