摘 要:电励磁双凸极无刷直流发电机具有调压方便、可靠性高的优点,在航空电源领域得到应用,但励磁绕组的引入会带来额外的励磁损耗,进而影响电机的温升。建立准确快速的电励磁双凸极电机温度场模型,并进行热特性研究对其安全稳定运行非常关键。该文对比分析集中励磁与分布励磁双凸极电机的结构特点与损耗分布特性。针对集中励磁双凸极电机的非均匀槽特点,考虑异型槽之间的热耦合作用,建立热网络分析模型。建立有限元分析模型验证了热网络模型的正确性,并对比分析不同转速与负载下集中励磁与分布励磁双凸极电机的热特性。搭建水冷集中励磁双凸极电机实验平台,并完成电磁与温升实验。实验结果与仿真结果一致,表明水冷条件下集中励磁双凸极电机相比于分布励磁双凸极电机具有更高的效率与更低的温升。The doubly salient brushless DC generator(DSBLDCG), which consists of a doubly salient electro-magnetic machine(DSEM) and the uncontrolled rectifier circuit, has the characteristics of convenient voltage regulation and high reliability. However, the introduction of excitation winding will bring inherent loss problems, which will affect the temperature rise of the machine. The comparisons of structure characteristics and loss distribution characteristics between the DSEM with concentrated field magnetomotive forces(DSEM-CF) and with distributed field magnetomotive forces(DSEM-DF) are carried out. In view of the uneven slot characteristics of DSEM-CF and the thermal coupling effect between the different slots, the thermal network model is established. A finite element model is established to verify the correctness of the thermal network model, and the thermal characteristics of DSEM-CF and DSEM-DF under different speeds and loads are analyzed and compared. Finally, a water-cooled DSEM-CF experimental platform is established. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results, indicating that DSEM-CF has higher efficiency and lower temperature rise under water-cooled conditions.
