摘 要:高度数字化是新型电力系统的重要特征,需要构建广域、分布式电网深度全景信息实时采集的传感网络作为其支撑。电场信息是电力系统中的基础物理量。电场测量可以应用于电压反演、设备监测、雷电预警、电磁环境监测等应用场景。传统电场测量方法,如场磨式电场测量仪等,往往体积大、成本高,无法适用于电场测量节点的灵活与广域布置。微型电场传感器是一类基于微加工工艺制备的小尺寸、高性能电场测量设备,对于电场测量的数字化、小型化、灵活化需求具有关键意义。该文介绍不同原理微型电场传感器的发展现状,同时列举微型电场传感器的典型应用场景,并对电场传感器发展所面临的挑战进行总结与展望,指出新型电力系统中电场测量面临的挑战与未来发展趋势。The construction of highly information-based new power system requires the establishment of information system that matches the traditional power grid. The sensor network composed of various types of advanced sensors is the data foundation of the information system. Among various physical quantities, electric field measurement has important value. Electric field measurement can be applied to applications such as voltage measurement, equipment monitoring, lightning warning, etc. Traditional electric field measurement devices, such as field mills, are bulky and costly, and cannot be applied to the flexible and wide-area arrangement of electric field sensing nodes. Micro electric field sensors are a kind of electric field measurement device with small size and high performance, which is of great significance to the electric field measurement in new power system. In this paper, we introduce the development of micro electric field sensors with different principles and the application scenarios of micro electric field sensors. We also summarize the challenges and prospect the development of micro electric field sensors.
