摘　　要：高等院所是党外知识分子聚集地,而党外人士发挥自身作用,承担为党育人、为国育才的民族和国家大任,是中国共产党领导的爱国统一战线的前沿阵地。为庆祝中国共产党统一战线政策提出和实施100年,本文总结了建于1952年的新中国最早化工类高校之一的沈阳化工大学从建校至今的70年办学兴校历程中,党外人士在人才培养、科技创新、服务社会等方面的工作和成果,以及部分党外人士被重点培养成为学校中层干部和校级领导的历史事实。回望中国共产党领导的多党合作制度在高等院校教育事业中所发挥的凝聚人心、集聚智慧、汇聚力量等重要作用,通过高校人才培养与科技创新中发挥党派人才作用的措施与实践,启示爱国统一战线方针政策对高等院校的重大意义。Colleges and universities are the gathering places of senior intellectuals and non-party talents. Non-party talents would play their particular roles under taking various national tasks such as education and training of young people for the party and country. They are the frontier of the patriotic united front led by the CPC. In order to commemorate the 100 years that the CPC has put forward and implemented the united front policy, this paper summarized the work and achievements made by non-party staff on young people teaching, scientific innovations, social services, and other aspects in the 70-year history of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology(SYUCT), one of the earliest chemical universities founded in China in 1952. The article also summarized the historical facts that some non-party representatives were trained as department directors and school leaders of the university. Looking back at these important roles playing by our non-party individuals in developing SYUCT, we deeply comprehended that the multi-party cooperation system led by the CPC has well functioned in condensing hearts, gathering wisdom, and uniting forces of people who may share different political conviction. It is thus of particular signification to well follow and insist on the CPC’s patriotic united front policy in colleges and universities in the view of ensuring their steady and prosperous developments.
