摘 要:为减少船用LNG发动机中的NO_(x)排放,基于CAN总线设计一种废气-燃料重整再循环(REGR)控制系统,根据REGR系统工作特性与控制功能需求,确定系统硬件选型与控制方案,选用瑞萨MCU设计REGR控制器并集成相应的软件策略,在玉柴YC6MK200NL-C20船用LNG发动机上进行了REGR控制系统与发动机性能测试试验,结果表明,该控制系统可以较好地满足功能需求,能根据发动机运行工况实时调节废气重整再循环率与重整燃料供给量,改善发动机燃烧过程与排放特性,使得LNG发动机排放达到IMO Tier III标准。Based on CAN bus,a reformed exhaust gas recirculation(REGR)control system was designed for the marine LNG engines to reduce the NO_(x) emissions.According to the working characteristics and control function requirements of the REGR system,the system hardware selection and control scheme were determined,and the Renesas MCU was employed to design the REGR controller and integrated the corresponding software strategy.The REGR control system and engine performance test were carried out on Yuchai’s YC6MK200NL-C20 marine LNG engine.The results showed that the control system has a good robustness.It can adjust the exhaust gas reforming recirculation rate and the reforming fuel supply in real time according to the engine operating conditions.Consequently,the combustion process and emission characteristics of the engine was improved,which makes the LNG engine exhaust emissions to achieve the requirements of IMO Tier III standards.
