集约化猪场临床疾病监测的无害化采样方法

摘　　要：基于养猪业集约化发展,养猪场生猪数量大幅度增多使得传染性疾病发生率升高。疫情一旦出现,若未进行及时预防和处理,将出现短时间的大范围流行,给养殖业带来严重的危害。近年新冠病毒在世界范围大流行事件及非洲猪瘟病毒大流行事件在一定程度上反映出临床疾病监测的不及时和不准确的事实。需要加强对疾病的监测力度。传染性疾病的监测需要低成本、低耗时、有效的以及具有代表性的群体采样方法。兽医中常用于疾病监测的传统采样方法,如采血、组织、器官等存在耗时、耗力、高成本和具有一定危险性等缺点,需要更优的群体采样方法用于临床疾病监测。现介绍几种用于集约化猪场临床疾病监测的无害化采样方法,如口腔液、脐带血、肉汁、处理液、鼻湿巾和乳房皮肤湿巾等,为临床采样提供新的方式。In view of the intensive development of the swine industry,the number of pigs in large-scale pig farms has increased significantly,resulting in an increase in the incidence of infectious diseases.Once the epidemic appears,if it is not prevented and treated in time,it will cause a large-scale epidemic in a short period of time,bringing serious harm to the aquaculture industry.Recent SARS-CoV-2 worldwide pandemic events and African swine fever virus pandemic events reflect to some extent the fact that clinical disease surveillance is not timely and accurate.Therefore,monitoring and surveillance of infectious diseases need to be strengthened and require low-cost,effective,and representative population sampling methods.Traditional sampling methods such as blood collection,tissue,organs,etc.are commonly used sampling methods for disease monitoring in veterinary medicines,which have the disadvantages of time-consuming,labor-intensive and expensive,so it is necessary to find better sampling methods for clinical disease monitoring and surveillance.Noninvasive sampling methods for surveillance of clinical diseases in intensive pig farms,such as oral fluid,cord blood,meat juice,processing fluid,nasal wipes and udder skin wipes,are introduced to provide new methods for clinical sampling.
