类型教育视域下汽车人才培养体系的构建

摘　　要：《职业教育提质培优行动计划(2020—2023年)》明确指出了“职业教育是类型教育”的战略定位,基于此,作者介绍了汽车职业教育的特征与现状,以湖南某学校为例,从人才培养方案设计、师资团队建设、课程体系设计开发、实验实训设施建设、考核评价以及竞赛和创新创业等多方面阐述汽车人才培养体系的构建,给出了一些建议和可行性的对策。The Action Plan for Improving the Quality of Vocational Education(2020—2023)clearly pointed out the strategic positioning of"vocational education is a type of education"Based on this,the author introduced the characteristics and current situation of automotive vocational education.Taking a school in Hunan as an example,from the aspects of talent training program design,teacher team construction,curriculum system design and development,experimental training facilities construction This paper expounds the construction of automobile talent training system from the aspects of assessment,competition,innovation and entrepreneurship,and gives some suggestions and feasible countermeasures.
