摘　　要：随着智能网络、大数据、云计算等新型技术的迅速发展与普及,我国汽车行业已步入了变革升级的全新阶段,车辆自动化、网联化发展已成为必然趋势。高等职业院校汽车专业人才培养的目标应与企业需求无缝连接,这就要求教师要充分发挥其作用,提升其专业能力,保证教师的专业能力达到授课标准对于人才培养来说具有重要价值。该文将根据新时代汽车智能化、网联化的发展趋势,进一步探讨在智能网联汽车背景下高等职业院校汽车专业教师教学中面临的问题,并给出提升教师专业能力的实现路径,以促进汽车教师专业能力的提升。With the rapid development and popularization of new technologies such as intelligent network,big data and cloud computing,China's automotive industry has entered a new stage of transformation and upgrading,and the development of vehicle automation and networking has become an inevitable trend.The goal of cultivating talents in automobile major in higher vocational colleges should be seamlessly connected with the needs of enterprises,which requires teachers to give full play to their role and improve their professional ability,which is of great value for cultivating talents.According to the development trend of intelligent automobile and Internet connection in the new era,this paper will further explore the problems faced by automotive teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the context of intelligent Internet connected automobile,and give the implementation path to improve teachers professional ability,so as to promote the improvement of automotive teachers'professional ability.
