摘  要:本文以专家型国际中文教师为研究对象,将关注的视角对准国际中文教师的成长与发展,围绕专家型国际中文教师的实践性知识展开样态考察。首先,对教师实践性知识的定义、构成以及特征等进行了简要介绍。并着重介绍了国际中文教师实践性知识内控框架,以及实践性知识的构建要素、来源、形成过程等;其次,结合真实个案对专家型国际中文教师的实践性知识构成以及发展情况展开个案分析;最后,在上述研究的基础上,从几个不同的方面,针对专家型国际中文教师实践性知识发展策略,进行了详细的介绍。力图通过此项研究,从理论层面为促进国际中文教师实践性知识的完善,有助于新入职的国际中文教师成长为能力突出、知识丰富、技能先进的专家型国际中文教师。This paper takes expert international Chinese teachers as the research object, focuses on the growth and development of teachers, and conducts a sample investigation around the practical knowledge of expert international Chinese teachers. Firstly, the definition, composition and characteristics of teachers’ practical knowledge are briefly introduced. It also focuses on the internal control framework of practical knowledge of international Chinese teachers, as well as the construction elements, sources and formation process of practical knowledge. Secondly, the practical knowledge composition and development of expert international Chinese teachers are analyzed based on real cases. Finally, based on the above research, the practical knowledge development strategies of expert international Chinese teachers are introduced in detail from several different aspects. It is hoped that this research can play a certain role in promoting improvement and strengthening practical knowledge of international Chinese teachers from a theoretical level.It is hoped that new international Chinese teachers can grow into expert international Chinese teachers with outstanding ability, rich knowledge and advanced skills.
