摘　　要：目的:利用磁共振测量来研究正常老年女性的肛提肌形态参数,探讨其对盆底情况评估的意义。方法:选择盆底功能正常的老年已育女性,获取磁共振图像,对肛提肌形态学参数进行测量。结果:与耻尾线(PCL)距离的测量,尿道内口距耻尾线距离(9.21±3.15)mm;宫颈内、外口都在耻尾线的上方,与耻尾线间距分别为(38.23±3.65)mm,(21.56±2.13)mm;肛提肌板角度(47.44±8.23)°,肛提肌板厚度(3.14±0.34)mm,会阴中心体长度(10.25±1.13)mm,会阴中心体厚度(50.29±0.67)mm,肛提肌左右两侧与耻骨联合下缘的距离分别为(23.63±3.85)mm、(26.76±0.37)mm,肛提肌裂孔横径与前后径的测量及相对比分别为(58.02±4.98)mm(2.14±0.26)、(71.94±5.21)mm(13.70±1.37)。结论:应用磁共振图像能准确测量肛提肌的形态参数,并进行量化分析和盆底评估,为临床诊断和治疗提供数据参考。Objective:This paper focuses on the study of the morphological parameters of levator ani muscle among the normal elderly women by MRI,for weighing the significance to the evaluation on the pelvic floor condition.Methods:The elderly fertile women with normal pelvic floor function were selected with the MRI images,to proceed the measurement of the morphological parameters of levator ani muscles.Results:The distance between the internal urethra meatus(IUM)and the pubococcygeal line(PCL)was(9.21±3.15)mm.The internal and external meatus of cervix were situated above PCL,with the distance to the PCL(38.23±3.65)mm and(21.56±2.13)mm respectively.The angle of levator ani muscle plate was(47.44±8.23)°;the thickness of levator ani muscle plate was(3.14±0.34)mm;the length of perineal centrosome was(10.25±1.13)mm;the thickness of perineal centrosome was(50.29±0.67)mm;the distance from the left and right side of levator ani muscle to the lower margin of the pubic symphysis was(23.63±3.85)mm and(26.76±0.37)mm respectively;the measurement and comparison of transverse and anteroposterior diameters of levator ani muscle hiatus were(58.02±4.98)mm(2.14±0.26),(71.94±5.21)mm(13.70±1.37)respectively.Conclusion:MRI images could be applied to present accurate parameters of levator ani muscle,with the quantitative analysis and the evaluation of pelvic floor,to provide data reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
