摘　　要：多巴胺(DA)系统不仅对药物成瘾具有调节作用,而且在慢性痛诱发的异常情绪中扮演了关键作用。本文主要围绕DA系统在慢性痛诱发抑郁样情绪的作用,结合成瘾中DA系统的效应,突出阐述DA系统在慢性痛与药物成瘾共患几个关键脑区中的重要作用,为慢性痛导致药物成瘾、药物易感的治疗药物研发和临床治疗等提供重要参考。The dopamine(DA)system not only has a regulatory effect on drug addiction,but also plays a key role in the abnormal mood induced by chronic pain.This paper mainly focuses on the role of the DA system in chronic pain-induced depression-like emotions,combined with the effect of the DA system in addiction,and highlights the important role of the DA system in several key brain regions co-existing with chronic pain and drug addiction.It provides an important reference for drug development and clinical treatment of chronic pain leading to drug addiction and drug susceptibility.
