摘 要:本文采用计量分析法,对“2009-2020教育部人文社科辅导员骨干专项任务项目”的资助情况、知识产出与人才培育绩效进行了统计分析。研究表明:该项目一方面对辅导员骨干中的优秀人才产生极大的激励作用,涌现出一些高产出、高被引的作者和持续成长的拔尖人才;另一方面也反映出项目主持人普遍存在科研和学术能力较弱,学术产出和发文质量不高的问题。加强项目主持人的科研培训,优化专项资助的形式和结构,实施辅导员人才的科学开发,有助于提升辅导员科研专项绩效,优化辅导员人才队伍结构。This paper makes a bibliometric analysis of the funding,knowledge output and talent cultivation performance of the“2009-2020 Special Projects in Humanities and Social Sciences for Backbone College Advisors Issued by the Ministry of Education”.The analysis shows that,on the one hand,some outstanding advisors,greatly motivated by the projects,have emerged as most productive,top cited authors and topnotch personnel who constantly make progress;on the other hand,most of those who head special projects for college advisors are not effective at academic research and their academic output is low and their publications are poor in quality.It is essential to provide intensified training programs for college advisors who head special projects in humanities and social sciences,optimize the funding form and structure and promote talents development so college advisors can better their performance in special research and the structure of the team can be more reasonable.
