增强业余党校在中职德育课教育教学工作实效的思考

摘　　要：提升职业学校德育课教育教学工作的实效性,全方位实现人才培养目标,一直是职业教育德育工作所面临的重要课题。从历史发展的视角来看,学校业余党校教育工作是中国共产党的政治优势和优良传统。业余党校在中职德育课教育教学工作中理应发挥其积极作用,从而促进学校德育工作内涵式高质量发展。Enhancing the effectiveness of moral education and teaching in vocational schools and achieving the goal of talent training in all aspects have always been important issues faced by moral education in vocational education.From the perspective of historical development,amateur party school education is the political advantage and fine tradition of the Chinese Communist Party.The amateur party school should play an active role in the education and teaching of moral education in secondary vocational schools,so as to promote the connotative high-quality development of moral education in schools.
