摘 要:拖拉机是重要的生产资料,在国民经济中发挥着重要的作用。轮胎与地面的接触面积将直接影响拖拉机的驱动力,进而影响拖拉机的工作效率及油耗。轮胎自动充放气系统可以根据作业工况适时调整轮胎的胎压,通过动态改变轮胎与地面接触面积实现了降低拖拉机油耗、提升作业效率的目的。依据轮胎胎压与拖拉机油耗实验数据,以国际上典型的拖拉机轮胎自动充放气系统为例,阐述了轮胎自动充放气系统的工作原理及实现方式,并总结了未来的发展趋势,供国内拖拉机设计、开发人员借鉴和参考。Tractor is an important means of production and plays an important role in the national economy.The contact area between tire and ground will directly affect the driving force of tractor,and then affect the working efficiency and fuel consumption of tractor.The automatic tire charging and releasing system can adjust the tire pressure timely according to the working conditions,and realize the purpose of reducing the tractor fuel consumption and improving the working efficiency by dynamically changing the tire contact area with the ground.Based on the experimental data of tire pressure and tractor fuel consumption,and taking the typical automatic tire charging and releasing system of tractor in the world as an example,this paper expounds the working principle and realization mode of automatic tire charging and releasing system,and summarizes the future development trend,which can be used for reference by tractor designers and developers in China.
