摘　　要：目的观察地奥司明联合经筋推拿治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿(BCRL)的临床疗效。方法使用随机数表法将2020年6月-2022年1月在本院就诊82例BCRL患者分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。比较两组治疗前后患肢臂围、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、上肢功能[上肢功能评定量表(DASH)评分]。结果治疗前,两组患肢各处臂围水平、VAS评分、DASH评分无组间差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患肢各处臂围水平、VAS评分、DASH评分下降,且观察组患肢各处臂围水平、VAS评分、DASH评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地奥司明联合经筋推拿治疗BCRL临床疗效较好,可有效改善上肢水肿,缓解患者患肢疼痛,对促进患者上肢功能恢复有积极作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of diosmin combined with channel sinew tuina on breast cancer-related lymphedema(BCRL).Methods A total of 82 BCRL patients hospitalized in our hospital from June 2020 to January 2022 were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)by random number table method.Arm circumference,pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)score]and upper limb function[disabilities of the arm,shoulder and hand(DASH)score]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no differences in arm circumference,VAS score and DASH score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of arm circumference,VAS score and DASH score of the affected limbs in both groups decreased,and the levels of arm circumference,VAS score and DASH score of the affected limbs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diosmin combined with channel sinew tuina has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of BCRL,which can effectively improve upper limb edema,relieve the pain of patients with limb,and have a positive effect on promoting the recovery of upper limb function.
