复合树脂充填与玻璃离子充填在儿童恒牙龋齿的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对比观察复合树脂充填与玻璃离子充填两种方案治疗儿童恒牙龋齿的临床效果,旨在探寻安全有效的儿童恒牙龋齿治疗方案。方法纳入本院2020年3月-2021年2月门诊收治的80例恒牙龋齿儿童,按随机数表法分为对照组(40例儿童,共计50颗龋齿,给予玻璃离子充填治疗)与观察组(40例儿童,共计53颗龋齿,给予复合树脂充填治疗),对比两组临床治疗有效率(治疗结束后1年门诊随访)、牙齿磨损情况(治疗后2个月门诊随访)及并发症。结果观察组儿童龋齿治疗总有效率高于对照组,且整体治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童牙齿磨损情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合树脂充填治疗儿童恒牙龋齿效果显著,且利于改善儿童牙齿磨损情况,安全性理想,值得在临床口腔科龋齿治疗中推荐开展,以达到优化治疗的目的。Objective To compare the clinical effects of composite resin filling and glass ionomer filling in the treatment of permanent tooth caries in children,in order to explore a safe and effective treatment for permanent tooth caries in children.Methods Eighty children with permanent tooth caries admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group(40 children,50 dental caries in total,treated with glass ionomer filling)and observation group(40 children,53 dental caries in total,treated with composite resin filling).The clinical treatment response rate(outpatient follow-up 1 year after the end of treatment),tooth wear(outpatient follow-up 2 months after treatment)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of dental caries treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the overall treatment effect was better than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);the tooth wear in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);the total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Composite resin filling is effective and safe in the treatment of permanent tooth caries in children.It is recommended in the treatment of dental caries in clinical stomatology department to optimize the treatment.
