摘 要:目的研究不同封管液在白血病患儿连续输液期间对完全植入式输液港堵管率及堵管程度的影响。方法选取2021年3~10月入住本科的白血病患儿为研究对象,患儿均植入(某一厂家的)输液港,采用随机分组法将研究对象分为A、B、C三组,三组均在连续输液期间采用生理盐10mL脉冲式冲管,A组在脉冲式冲管后加5mL生理盐水正压封管,B组在脉冲式冲管后加5mL肝素钠溶液(10U/mL)正压封管,C组在脉冲式冲管后加5mL肝素钠溶液(100U/mL)正压封管,分析三种不同封管液对输液港堵管率及堵管程度的影响。结果三组患者在输液港连续输液期间导管堵塞率及堵管程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在连续输液期间,使用生理盐水封管不会增加输液港的堵管率及加重堵管程度,对降低白血病患儿出血风险具有重要意义,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effects of different tube sealing solutions on the tube plugging rate and degree of complete implantable infusion port during continuous infusion in children with leukemia.Methods Children with leukemia admitted to our department from March 2021 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.All the children were implanted in the infusion port(of a manufacturer).The subjects were randomly divided into groups a,B and C.The three groups were treated with 10mL pulse impulse tube of 0.9%normal salt during continuous infusion.Group A was sealed with 5mL normal saline after pulse impulse tube,In group B,5ml heparin sodium solution(10U/mL)was added to the positive pressure sealing tube after pulse flushing,and in group C,5mL heparin sodium solution(100U/mL)was added to the positive pressure sealing tube after pulse flushing.The effects of three different sealing solutions on the plugging rate and degree of infusion port were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in catheter blockage rate and degree among the three groups during continuous infusion at the infusion port(P>0.05).Conclusion During continuous infusion,using normal saline to seal the tube will not increase the tube plugging rate and aggravate the degree of tube plugging in the infusion port.It is of great significance to reduce the risk of bleeding in children with leukemia and is worthy of clinical promotion.
