摘 要:针对酸性完井液体系腐蚀现场钻井金属设备以及海上油田开采中现场处理剂对海洋生态破坏的问题,本文通过实验评价以及理论计算方法探索了食用香料二烯丙基四硫环保型缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能、缓蚀机理以及环境友好性。结果表明,二烯丙基四硫缓蚀剂加量为2%,其缓蚀率高于90%,二烯丙基四硫缓蚀剂属于阴极控制型缓蚀剂,对阳极氧化反应和阴极析氢反应均产生了明显的抑制作用,通过孤对电子或者共轭键与Fe原子的3d空轨道形成配位键,提高了二烯丙基四硫分子对金属表面的吸附能,二烯丙基四硫分子能自发挤走吸附于Fe(001)晶体表面的水分子,形成致密的有机膜,降低金属的腐蚀速率,且二烯丙基四硫缓蚀剂具有优异的环境相容性和良好的生物降解性能。Aiming at the problem that acid completion liquid system corroded drilling metal equipment in the field and field treatment agent in offshore oilfield exploitation damaged marine ecology,the corrosion inhibition performance,corrosion inhibition mechanism and environmental friendliness of food spices diallyl tetrasulfide as eco-friendly corrosion inhibitors were explored in this paper through experimental evaluation and theoretical calculation.The results showed that the inhibition rate of diallyl tetrasulfide corrosion inhibitor was higher than 90%when its amount was 2%.Diallyl tetrasulfide corrosion inhibitor was a cathode-controlled inhibitor,which had obvious inhibition effect on anodic oxidation reaction and cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction,and formed coordination bonds with 3d vacant orbitals of Fe atom through lone pair electrons or conjugate bonds.The adsorption energy of the diallyl tetrasulfide molecule on the metal surface was improved.The diallyl tetrasulfide molecule can spontaneously squeeze the water molecules adsorbed on the surface of Fe(001),forming a compact organic film and reducing the corrosion rate of the metal.Moreover,the diallyl tetrasulfide corrosion inhibitor had excellent environmental compatibility and good biodegradation performance.
