摘  要:BOPET聚酯薄膜表观控制是其生产加工过程中的关键控制点,其中薄膜表面凸点是最为常见的一种表观弊病问题,减少薄膜表面凸点可以大大提升产品的良率,使其应用于更为高端的产品领域。本文从原材料配方选择、生产设备配置、车间净化控制、厚度公差管控、产品管芯选用、分切工艺设置和运输管理等多方面出发,通过多组试验数据的对比,阐述了各因素对双向拉伸聚酯薄膜表面凸点的影响,去寻找BOPET薄膜表面凸点的有效改善措施。主要措施有选用恰当品种的添加剂、合适的添加剂用量、设备安装薄膜清洁装置过滤器减少低分子物的影响、提高生产现场各区域净化等级、控制好厚度偏差确保厚度均一性、选用合适的产品包装管材、优化产品分切收卷的生产工艺、提高产品运输过程中的防护等。The apparent control of BOPET polyester film is the key control point in its production and processing process,in which the film surface salient points are the most common apparent defects.Reducing the film surface salient point can greatly improve the yield of products and make it applied to more high-end production fields.From the aspects of raw material formula selection,production equipment configuration,workshop purification control,thickness tolerance control,product core selection,slitting process setting and transportation management,through the comparison of multiple groups of test data,this paper expounds the influence of various factors on the surface salient points of biaxially stretched polyester film,and looks for effective improvement measures for the surface salient points of BOPET film.The main measures include the selection of appropriate varieties of additives,appropriate dosage of additives,equipment installation of membrane cleaning device filters,reducing the impact of low molecular substances,improving the purification level of each area of the production site,controlling the thickness deviation to ensure the thickness uniformity,selecting appropriate product packaging pipes,optimizing the production process of product slitting and winding,and improving the protection during product transportation.
