摘  要:现代高校正在从教育管理逐渐向治理转变,作为高校治理的重要组成部分,学生管理面临着转型升级的重大机遇期。逆向管理机制作为一种能够强化立德树人价值引领和明确全面发展目标导向的教育机制在高校管理中具有重要的实践价值,需要将管理队伍的组织架构作为基础前提,不断提升管理主体的主观能动性,构建系统化的逆向管理机制,将立德树人的教育理念与管理理念相融合,从而促进逆向管理双方的有效沟通,实现双向共赢。As an important part of the management of colleges and universities, student management is facing a great opportunity period of transformation and upgrading. The reverse management mechanism, as an educational mechanism that can strengthen the value guidance of the people who set up moral standards and make clear the goal orientation of all-round development, has important practical value in the management of colleges and universities, it is necessary to take the organizational structure of the management team as the basic premise, constantly enhance the subjective initiative of the management subject, construct a systematic reverse management mechanism, and integrate the educational idea of establishing moral and cultivating people with the management idea, thus promoting the reverse management both sides effective communication, and realizing the two-way win-win.
