摘　　要：“课比天大”是吉安职业技术学院的教学理念和对教师职业操守的要求。教师应不断的探索如何上课、怎样上好课,应当有教无类,要通过不断的课程完善,做到因材施教。笔者通过挖掘校园文化的独特价值,体现文化育人的重要性,通过对多种途径探索来实现文化育人的目标;通过对“课比天大”的教育理念的学习,将“课比天大”与师德师风建设相融合得出几点感悟和建议。“Class is more important than anything else” is the teaching philosophy of Ji’an Vocational and Technical College and the requirement of teachers’ professional ethics. Teachers should constantly explore how to teach, how to give a good class, and should teach students without social distinctions in teaching, and through continuous curriculum improvement to teach students according to their aptitudes. By excavating the unique value of campus culture, the author reflects the importance of cultural education, and realizes the goal of cultural education by exploring various ways. Through the study of the education concept of “class is more important than anything else”, some thoughts and suggestions are obtained by the integration of “class is more important than anything else” and the construction of teachers’ morality and style.
