补肾益智汤联合针灸诱导下调脑区激活促阿尔兹海默病脑功能康复的研究

摘　　要：目的:探究补肾益智汤联合针灸诱导下调脑区激活促阿尔兹海默病脑功能康复价值。方法:从我院中医科室抽取2020年1月1日—2021年12月31日时间段内就诊并治疗的100例阿尔兹海默病患者,随机平均分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用西医常规方案治疗,观察组则采用补肾益智汤结合针灸疗法。治疗12周。比较两组患者脑功能康复有效率、治疗前后过氧化状态指标一氧化氮(NO)含量及一氧化氮合酶活性、简易精神量表(MMSE)评分、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)水平。结果:观察组脑功能康复有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后过氧化状态指标NO含量及NOS活性较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MMSE评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Hcy及Aβ水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:通过补肾益智汤联合针灸可诱导阿尔兹海默病患者下调脑区激活,以促其脑功能康复,降低Hcy及Aβ水平,抑制NOS活性,降低NO含量,抑制蛋白质糖基化,值得临床推广及深入研究。Objective:To explore the value of Bushen Yizhi decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in inducing down-regulation of brain activation and promoting brain functional rehabilitation of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with Alzheimer’s disease who were treated and treated from the TCM department of our hospital from January 1,2020 to December 31,2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Yizhi decoction combined with acupuncture therapy.Treatment lasted for 12 weeks.The effective rate of brain function rehabilitation,nitric oxide(NO)content and nitric oxide synthase activity of peroxidation status indicators,mini-mental scale(MMSE)score,homocysteine(Hcy)andβ-amyloid protein(Aβ)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of brain function rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).NO content and NOS activity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy and Aβin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yizhi decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can induce the down-regulation of brain activation in patients with Alzheimer’s disease,promote the rehabilitation of brain function,reduce the levels of Hcy and Aβ,inhibit NOS activity,reduce NO content,and inhibit protein glycosylation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and in-depth study.
