基于PG-SGA的个体化营养干预在生物免疫疗法治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者中应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于主观整体评估量表(PG-SGA)的个体化营养干预在生物免疫疗法治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2019年5月—2022年5月收治的96例非小细胞肺癌患者,按随机数字表法分为两组。观察组(48例)实施基于PG-SGA的个体化营养干预,对照组(48例)实施常规营养干预,两组均持续干预3个月。对比两组营养状态、生活质量及胃肠道副反应发生情况。结果:观察组干预后血清总蛋白、血红蛋白水平、生活质量评分均高于对照组,胃肠道反应发生率(4.17%)低于对照组(16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于PG-SGA的个体化营养干预在行生物免疫疗法治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效改善患者营养状态,减少胃肠道反应的发生,利于提升生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of individualized nutritional intervention based on the subjective global assessment scale(PG-SGA)in patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with bioimmunotherapy.Methods:96 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(48 cases)implemented individualized nutrition intervention based on PG-SGA,and the control group(48 cases)implemented routine nutrition intervention,both of which lasted for 3 months.The nutritional status,quality of life and gastrointestinal side effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the levels of serum total protein,hemoglobin and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions(4.17%)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The individualized nutrition intervention based on PG-SGA has a good application effect in the patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated by biological immunotherapy,which can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients,reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal reactions,and improve the quality of life.
