摘  要:信息通信技术的发展使得电子沟通普遍存在于人类工作与生活,并持续带来影响。本研究回顾了非工作时间与工作相关电子沟通的相关文献,对非工作时间与工作相关电子沟通的概念、测量、影响结果等进行了辨析与总结。其次,基于自我决定理论系统构建了动机视角下非工作时间与工作相关电子沟通产生矛盾影响结果的作用机理。最后,提出了未来潜在研究方向:一是加强对非工作时间与工作相关电子沟通触发因素的探讨、二是拓展非工作时间与工作相关电子沟通的溢出效应、三是关注领导非工作时间与工作相关电子沟通的后效、四是综合考察非工作时间与工作相关电子沟通的短期和长期效应、五是对组织管理实践进行适当引导。The development of information communication technologies has made electronic communication ubiquitous in human work and life, which emerges continuous impact. This study reviewed the literature on workrelated electronic communication during nonwork time, clarified and summarized the conception, measurements,and outcomes of work-related electronic communication during nonwork time. Then, this study revealed the mechanism through which work-related electronic communication during nonwork time displayed contradictory impacts based on self-determination theory. Finally, we proposed potential future research directions: deepening the discussion of triggers of work-related electronic communication during nonwork time, expanding the crossover effects, focusing on the effects of leaders’ experience of work-related electronic communication during nonwork time, combining the short-term and long-term effects, and providing practical guidance for organizational management.
