中医“思”“意”释义与“思伤脾,脾失藏意”致病摭拾

摘　　要：文章主要通过对中医“思”“意”的古今释义及“脾主思、脾藏意”的理论分析,探讨了“思伤脾,脾失藏意”的致病作用,认为脾主情感之思,脾为意之宅也,脾运健旺,水谷精微充足,则脾主思藏意的功能发挥正常;若思虑纷纭,脾之精气不足,则不能养意而致痴呆、不寐、情志疾病等。提出以“思伤脾,脾失藏意”作为契入点开展对中医神经系统疾病及情志疾病深入研究具有极其重要的临床价值。By studying the ancient and modern interpretations and the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)about the word‘deliberation’‘idea’,the theories of‘spleen storing idea’and‘spleen governing thought’,and the effect of‘deliberation-impairing-spleen,spleen-impairing-idea caused disease’,this article aimed to illustrate that the spleen dominated the emotional thoughts and was home of the idea.When the spleen was healthy and vigorous,the essence of food and drink was sufficient,and the qi and blood were energetic and powerful,the functions of deliberation and idea could take effect.When the spleen was dysfunction in transportation by excessive thoughtfulness,the idea would lose nourishment and then caused dementia,insomnia,emotional diseases,and so on.It was proposed that depth study on TCM nervous system diseases and emotional diseases starting from‘deliberation-impairing-spleen,spleen-impairing-idea’has very high clinical values.
