摘　　要：全球范围内的癌症发病率和死亡率逐年攀升,严重危害人类健康,寻找安全有效的防治方法已迫在眉睫。中药抗肿瘤的有效性和安全性引起了世界的广泛关注。肉桂醛是从中药肉桂提取的一种活性物质,具有诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭,阻滞细胞周期,抑制血管生成,改善肿瘤细胞耐药等作用。文章对其抗癌作用及机制进行综述,为肉桂醛在临床中的应用提供新的思路和理论基础。The incidence and mortality of cancer worldwide are increasing year by year,seriously endangering human health,and it is urgent to find safe and effective prevention and treatment methods.The effectiveness and safety of anti-tumor of Chinese medicine has attracted wide attention in the world.Cinnamaldehyde is an active substance extracted from Chinese cinnamon,which has the effects of inducing apoptosis,inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,migration and invasion,blocking cell cycle,inhibiting angiogenesis,and improving drug resistance of tumor cells,etc..This paper reviews its anti-cancer effects and mechanism,and provides new ideas and theoretical basis for the application of cinnamaldehyde in clinical practice.
