盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊联合藿香正气治疗胃肠炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探索并观察在胃肠炎患者中,行盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊联合藿香正气胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法调查对象为2019年1月-2020年12月收治的胃肠炎患者30例,以患者姓名首字母排序方式,划分为对照组(n=15)、实验组(n=15)。对照组进行盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗的,实验组在此基础上联合藿香正气胶囊治疗,并对比两组治疗后腹痛、腹泻、呕吐改善时间和临床疗效。结果治疗后,实验组的症状改善时间明显短于对照组,临床疗效明显强于对照组,组间数据存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论胃肠炎患者行盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊联合藿香正气胶囊治疗,能够有效改善并稳定患者各项指标水平,加速患者康复,并提高患者及其家属对治疗的依从度、配合度及满意度,值得大力推广与运用。Objective To explore and observe clinical effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride capsule combined with Huoxiang Zhengqi capsule in treatment of gastroenteritis.Methods The paper chose 30 patients with gastroenteritis from January 2019 to December 2020,and divided them into control group(n=15)and experimental group(n=15)according to alphabetical order of patients'names.Control group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride capsule,and experimental group with Huoxiang Zhengqi capsule on the basis.Improvement time and clinical effect of abdominal pain,diarrhea and vomiting after treatment was compared between two groups.Results After treatment,symptom improvement time of experimental group was significantly shorter than control group,clinical effect was significantly stronger than control group.There was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin hydrochloride capsule combined with Huoxiang Zhengqi capsule can improve and stabilize level of various indicators of patients with gastroenteritis effectively,accelerate recovery,and improve compliance,cooperation and satisfaction degree of patients and their families with treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application.
