摘 要:目的分析微格教学联合尝试教学法在眼科护生操作技能中的应用。方法将2020年1月-2021年3月本院的56名眼科护生作为研究对象,其中采取传统教学方法的28名护生为对照组,采取微格教学联合尝试教学法的28名护生为观察组。对比分析两组眼科护生操作技能考核分数,比较不同临床带教方法的价值。结果观察组护生的护理风险处理能力强于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生的护理差错发生率3.57%,对照组护生的护理差错发生率10.71%。同时,观察组护生考核分数为选择题(21.69±2.61)分、名词解释(12.52±1.05)分、填空题(12.35±1.04)分、问答题(12.53±1.05)分、病例分析(12.85±1.49)分、临床实践操作(50.14±3.05)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼科护生临床带教中采取微格教学联合尝试教学法,护生的专业操作技能的得到显著提升,护生的临床实践能力明显提升,满足眼科对护理人员的需求。因此,可在眼科护生操作技能提升的教学中采取微格教学联合尝试教学法。Objective To analyze application of microteaching combined with trial teaching method in operation skills of ophthalmic nursing students.Methods The paper chose 56 ophthalmic nursing students from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as study subjects,28 nursing students in control group were treated with traditional teaching methods,and 28 nursing students in observation group with microteaching combined with trial teaching methods.Scores between two groups of ophthalmic nursing students were compared and analyzed,value of different clinical teaching methods was compared.Results Nursing risk management ability of nursing students in observation group was stronger than control group;incidence of nursing errors among nursing students in observation group was 3.57%,while that of control group was 10.71%.At the same time,evaluation scores of nursing students in observation group were(21.69±2.61),(12.52±1.05),(12.35±1.04),(12.53±1.05),(12.85±1.49),(50.14±3.05),higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of microteaching and trial teaching method can improve professional operation skills in clinical teaching of ophthalmic nursing students significantly,increase clinical practice ability of nursing students significantly,meet needs of ophthalmology for nursing staff.Therefore,micro teaching combined with trial teaching method can be applied in teaching to improve operation skills of ophthalmic nursing students.
