摘  要:目的:分析不同树脂材料修复方法对不同角度楔状缺损牙应力分布的影响。方法:通过锥形束CT扫描取得下颌第1前磨牙原始数据,并建立三组不同角度的楔状缺损三维模型:30°、60°、90°,分别用Z350复合树脂和Z350流体树脂充填缺损部位,加载100 N侧向力进行应力分析。结果:充填治疗后,范式等效(Von Mises)应力峰值明显降低;30°、60°组两种材料充填后Von Mises应力峰值比较,无明显差别;90°组流体树脂充填后Von Mises应力峰值明显高于复合树脂组。结论:通过两种树脂材料充填治疗,缺损处应力集中现象均得到显著改善。当楔状缺损角度为30°、60°时,建议使用Z350流体树脂充填治疗;当楔状缺损角度为90°时,选择Z350复合树脂充填治疗更为理想。Objective:To analyze the effects of different resin restoration methods on the stress distribution of wedge-shaped defect teeth.Methods:The original data of mandibular first premolar was obtained by cone beam CT scan,and three groups of three-dimensional models of wedge-shaped defects were established at different angles:30°,60°and 90°.Z350 composite resin and Z350 flowable resin were used to fill the defect,respectively.100 N lateral force was loaded for stress analysis.Results:The peak value of Von Mises stress was significantly reduced after filling treatment.There was no significant difference in Von Mises stress peak value after the filling of two materials between 30°group and 60°group.The peak value of Von Mises stress in 90°group after flowable resin filling was significantly higher than that in composite resin group.Conclusion:The stress concentration at the defect can be significantly improved by filling with two resin materials.When the wedge-shaped defect angle is 30°or 60°,Z350 flowable resin is recommended for filling treatment.When the wedge-shaped defect angle is 90°,Z350 composite resin may be more ideal for filling treatment.
