基于中医传承辅助平台探讨周绍华教授治疗偏头痛用药经验传承  

Inheritance of Professor Zhou Shaohua′s Experience in the Treatment of Migraine Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

摘　　要：目的 借助中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)软件,研究首都国医名师周绍华治疗偏头痛(Migraine)的组方规律,传承周绍华教授治疗偏头痛的临床经验。方法 整理周绍华教授2016—2021年诊治偏头痛的用药处方,采用关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类、k-means聚类分析等统计方法对整理好的处方药物进行了性味、归经、用药频次、药对组合等统计、关联规则分析与核心处方发现。结果 共收集偏头痛处方75则,性味以温性、寒性及甘、辛、苦味为主,归经以肝、心经为主,使用单药频次最高的药物依次为当归、川芎、菊花、炒蔓荆子,高频对药为当归-川芎,川芎-菊花;核心处方药物为当归、炒酸枣仁、柴胡、菊花、川芎、细辛、炒蔓荆子、赤芍。结论 周绍华教授治疗偏头痛的用方以加味四物汤为主,药物以当归、炒酸枣仁、柴胡、菊花、川芎、细辛、炒蔓荆子、赤芍等为主,临床诊疗时随症加减。Objective To analyze the medication rules of Professor Zhou Shaohua, a prestigious doctor of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Beijing, in the treatment of migraine based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS,V3.0)and inherit Professor Zhou′s experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment of migraine.Methods The prescriptions by Professor Zhou treat migraine from 2016 to 2021 were collected and sorted out.The statistical methods, such as association rules, complex system entropy clustering, and k-means clustering analysis, were used to carry out statistics on nature, flavor, meridian tropism, frequency of use, and combination of drugs in the prescriptions, association rule analysis, and core prescription analysis.Results Seventy-five prescriptions treat migraine were collected.The majority of drugs were warm, cold, sweet, pungent, and bitter, and acted on liver and heart meridians.In terms of frequency of use, the top drugs included Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Chrysanthemi Flos, and fried Viticis Fructus, and the top drug pairs included Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Chuanxiong Rhizoma-Chrysanthemi Flos.The core prescription was comprised of Angelicae Sinensis Radix, fried Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, Bupleuri Radix, Chrysanthemi Flos, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Asari Radix et Rhizoma, fried Viticis Fructus, and Paeoniae Radix Rubra.Conclusion Modified Siwu Decoction is the primary prescription by Professor Zhou Shaohua treat migraine, which mainly consists of Angelicae Sinensis Radix, fried Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, Bupleuri Radix, Chrysanthemi Flos, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Asari Radix et Rhizoma, fried Viticis Fructus, and Paeoniae Radix Rubra.This prescription is modified according to symptoms in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
