芒硝用于结肠镜诊疗前肠道准备的应用及研究进展

摘　　要：高质量的肠道准备能够提高结肠镜病变检出率及镜下治疗的安全性。肠道清洁剂的选用及正确使用与否是结肠镜诊疗前肠道准备质量的重要影响因素之一。研究结果显示芒硝用于结肠镜诊疗前的肠道准备,既经济有效、安全快捷,又可满足镜下治疗的需要,能充分发挥中药简便廉的优势。就芒硝用于结肠镜诊疗前肠道准备的应用及研究进展作一综述,以期为临床工作及进一步的研究提供一定参考。High quality bowel preparation can improve the detection rate of colonoscopy lesions and the safety of endoscopic treatment.The selection and correct use of intestinal cleanser is one of the important factors affecting the quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy.The results show that Mangxiao(Mirabilite)is an economical,effective,safe and fast method for bowel preparation before colonoscopy,and can satisfy the need of colonoscopy.This article reviewed the application and research progress of Mangxiao(Mirabilite)in bowel preparation before colonoscopy,in order to provide reference for clinical work and further research.
