复合改性剂对沥青路面快速修复用冷补液影响研究

摘  要:以SBR胶乳和液态C5石油树脂为改性剂,制备改性沥青,再以柴油稀释改性沥青,掺入少量的抗剥落剂,制得沥青路面快速修补用冷补液。在SBR占沥青质量分数3%的条件下,考察石油树脂掺量0~8%相应改性沥青的常规指标,确定出石油树脂的适宜掺量范围为4%~6%,并通过冷补液的黏度、相应冷补料的强度以及改性沥青的车辙因子等指标对石油树脂掺量进行了验证。Taking SBR latex and liquid C5 petroleum resin as modifiers, modified asphalt is prepared, and then diesel oil is used to dilute the modified asphalt, and a small amount of anti-stripping agent is added to prepare the cold patch for rapid repair of asphalt pavement. Under the condition that SBR accounts for 3% of the asphalt mass fraction, the conventional indexes of the corresponding modified asphalt with 0~8% of the petroleum resin content are investigated, and the appropriate range of the petroleum resin content is determined to be 4%~6%. The petroleum resin content is verified by the viscosity of the cold patch, the strength of the corresponding cold paving material, and the rutting factor of the modified asphalt.
