摘　　要：《公共图书馆宣言》在修订过程中,国际图联一方面广泛征求全球图书馆界的意见,另一方面与联合国教科文组织密切合作,凝聚了全球共识和世界智慧。《公共图书馆宣言(2022)》确立的公共图书馆社会价值为:公共图书馆是教育、文化、包容和信息的有生力量,是可持续发展的重要因素,是每个人通过人们的思想实现和平与精神福祉的重要因素。《公共图书馆宣言(2022)》共确立了11项公共图书馆的使命,与《联合国2030年议程》提出的17项可持续发展目标和联合国教科文组织全民信息计划所关注的6个优先领域密切相关。《公共图书馆宣言(2022)》的修订过程和修订内容给我们带来了两点基本启示:公共图书馆的社会价值与时俱进,且越来越广泛,越来越重要;公共图书馆的时代使命光荣而艰巨。In the process of revising the Public Library Manifesto,IFLA extensively solicited the opinions of the global library community,and closely cooperated with UNESCO,and gathered global consensus and world wisdom.The social value of the UNESCO/IFLA Public Library Manifesto 2022 is that public library is the living force of education,culture,inclusion and information,public library is important factors for sustainable development,and public library is important factors for everyone to achieve peace and spiritual well-being through people’s thinking.The UNESCO/IFLA Public Library Manifesto 2022 has established 11 missions of public library,which are closely related to the 17 sustainable development goals proposed in the UN 2030 Agenda and the 6 priority areas concerned by the UNESCO Information for All Programme.The UNESCO/IFLA Public Library Manifesto 2022 have brought us two basic inspirations:the social value of public library keeps pace with the times,and is becoming more and more extensive and important;the era mission of public library is glorious and arduous.
