摘　　要：兰陵萧氏的发迹得益于刘宋皇室的裙带关系和军功,“皇舅房”据此而快速崛起,但没有形成良好的家学。“萧齐房”和“萧梁房”继续发展,建立宋、齐两朝,为了迅速提升家族文化地位,而全力投入到儒学振兴活动中。“萧齐房”的萧道成、萧赜、萧长懋三代皇帝和诸王都笃好儒学,家族基本完成从尚武到崇文的转型。“萧梁房”的萧衍大力推行儒学教育,并融通儒释道三家,使梁朝的儒学发展达到整个南朝的顶峰。萧衍之后,萧统、萧纲和萧绎等全力研习儒家经典,家族儒学传承渐成风气。经过努力,兰陵萧氏家族的文化修养大幅度提升,从齐、梁时期开始,兰陵萧氏已经是名副其实的文化世族,文化上的兴盛使家族繁荣一直延续至隋唐。The success of the Lanling Xiao clan benefited from the nepotism of the royal family of the Liu and Song Dynasties and the military merits.The Emperor Uncle Branch(Huang Jiu Fang)rose rapidly,but it did not form a good style of family study.Xiao Qi Branch and Xiao Liang Branch continually developed and established the Song and Qi dynasties respectively.In order to rapidly enhance the cultural status of the clan,they devoted themselves to the revitalization of Confucianism.Three generations of emperors,Xiao Daocheng,Xiao Ji and Xiao Changmao,and other nobility studied Confucianism diligently,and the clan basically completed the transformation from advocating martial arts to literature and Confucianism.Xiao Yan of Xiao Liang branch vigorously promoted Confucian education,and gained thorough understanding of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,so that the development of Confucianism reached the peak in the Liang Dynasty during the whole Southern Dynasties.After Xiao Yan,Xiao Tong,Xiao Gang and Xiao Yi tried their best to study Confucian classics.Gradually,it became a trend of inheriting Confucianism in the clan.Through these efforts,the Lanling Xiao clan had greatly improved cultural cultivation.Since the Qi and Liang dynasties,the Lanling Xiao clan had become a veritable cultural clan,and continued the prosperity until the Sui and Tang Dynasties.
