摘　　要：分析某高校附属口腔医学院政府采购工作相关人员对政府采购管理三年专项行动系列举措质效认可度及其影响因素,探讨进一步提高政府采购管理质效的工作机制。采用量表对样本医学院政府采购工作相关人员开展全面调查,发现通过政府采购管理专项行动确实可以提升医学院整体政府采购管理质效;通过分析采购管理不同维度以及不同人员对政府采购管理质效的认知差异,可以更加科学并有针对性地加强政府采购管理的薄弱环节。To discuss working mechanism of further improving quality and efficiency of government procurement management, the recognition degree of personnel that government procurement concerned to quality and efficiency of a series of initiatives implemented by a three-year special action for improving government procurement management and its influencing factors was analyzed. A comprehensive survey was conducted on the personnel of the government procurement in sample school. The overall quality and efficiency of the government procurement management of the school can be improved by the special action of government procurement management. By analyzing the recognition difference of the different dimensions of procurement management, and of the different characteristic of personnel on the quality and efficiency of government procurement management, it is possible to strengthen the relatively weak links of government procurement management in a more scientific and pertinent manner.
